Letter to Parents
Success in school–and beyond–depends upon the ability to think and write clearly and effectively. With that goal clearly in mind, the curriculum at The Batt School has been developed with an eye toward our students’ futures. Beginning as early as pre-kindergarten, our students are introduced to skills they will need again and again throughout their school careers. Critical reading and thinking, problem solving and analysis, deductive reasoning: all of these are an integral part of the Batt School’s learning program.
Batt’s high academic standards in all disciplines–including mathematics, language arts, science and social studies–assure that students will not simply score well on tests, but will excel in the real world.
We believe that the partnership that exists between our parents and our school, combined with a challenging curriculum, highly qualified staff, and involved administration, makes The Batt School an excellent scholastic foundation for any child.
