Caroline received her Masters of Education in Special Education from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and Management from Virginia Commonwealth University. Originally from Virginia, she lived in Hawaii for 10 years before moving to Jupiter. She has taught in both Hawaii and Florida.
